About Austin Lin

Austin in an olive jacket, looking back over one shoulder in a hallway

Hi! I’m a Product Designer driven to transform complex systems into intuitive experiences. Currently, I’m tackling enterprise and network technology at Actiontec Electronics, building the SaaS Optim Cloud Platform for engineers alongside the Optim mobile app for consumers. Previously, I streamlined travel planning at Wander Travel and simplified cleaning robot interfaces at UniRing Robotics. I thrive on deep collaboration, working with cross-functional teams to either build scalable systems from the ground up or evolve existing ones to better solve problems for diverse users.

Outside of work, I fuel my creativity and neophilia by staying curious—reading, attending events, prioritizing fitness, and traveling. These experiences constantly energize me and inspire my professional growth.
