Just a moment...
Talent Voice

As a Product Designer at Let's Rent LLC, I led the development of Talent Voice. This innovative tool transcends language barriers, converting spoken words into multiple languages and visually representing emotions. Designed for seamless cross-cultural sharing, Talent Voice transforms personal experiences into universal narratives. Speak, translate, and discover—effortlessly.

Role: Product Designer

Scrum Team: 2 Product Designers, 1 Project Manager, 6 Engineers

Duration: 3 months (May-August 2023)

Background

Talent Voice aims to empower individuals by removing linguistic and emotional barriers in communication. Inspired by the nuances of human experiences and the limits of language, the platform serves as a conduit for authentic expression and global understanding.

Problem

While language translation services exist, they often fail to capture the emotional undertones or context, creating a void in cross-cultural communication. Additionally, language barriers limit the scope of sharing personal experiences.

Solution: Final Design

1. Dynamic Keyword Detection & Customization

Automatically identify critical keywords post-translation, allowing users to further personalize by manually adding their own keywords.

2. Adaptive Emotion Visualization

Generate multiple emotion-aligned images, allowing them to re-generate visuals until they find the perfect emotional match.

3. Interactive Content Management in 'My Card'

Revisit saved translations under 'My Card,' with added capabilities to edit and generate diverse content formats like images, videos, and slides.

Design System

Variable Prototyping

Set variables and conditions in prototyping were used to create more logical user testing. For example, when users click the 'Image' button, the 'Select Style to Generate' button becomes enabled. Similarly, clicking the delete button will remove items in the prototype.
